I am the team manager for the Exeter clinic in Devon and manage a team of clinicians who work both at our Exeter clinic and remotely, we provide neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people. I worked as a clinician for the NHS for over 20 years before joining the private sector 3 years ago. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings as a Registered Children’s Nurse both in clinical and leadership roles including acute, community and inpatient services with children and adults and have experience in mental health, learning disability, autism, ADHD, and sleep disorders. My personal and professional beliefs have always aligned with providing a high standard of care and support to children, young people, and their families who I have strongly advocated for to ensure they can access the appropriate service.
