Screening appointments for adults

You may not yet know if you should have a full ADHD assessment. Some people find talking to a professional in the first instance is helpful when making this decision.

Screening appointments

Our screening appointments are an hour long. During this time, you will meet with a clinician - either in person, or online. Before your appointment, we will have sent you forms to gather some information about you. At the appointment, the clinician will ask about your concerns, and why you are thinking about an assessment.

They will ask a variety of questions to find out all the information we need to make recommendations.  The clinician may be able to tell you at the appointment what assessment would be appropriate, however, the clinician may discuss the information with the clinical team before sending you recommendations.

Following your screening appointment, you will receive a letter with recommendations within two weeks of your appointment. Contact us to find out more about pricing for this appointment.

I cannot thank the staff enough for their thorough and person-centred approach to assessment. The communication throughout has been brilliant and I'm very grateful that prompts were provided to the school when seeking clearer understanding of need as this helped develop a bigger picture.

All the staff were really helpful and helped my daughter as she has really severe anxiety. They made what could have been very difficult appointments manageable, and kept Millie engaged during the sessions. Feedback was also excellent.

Evolve was INCREDIBLY thorough. We both agreed that we felt that our clinicians were very 'switched on' & actually listened to our concerns as parents.
