As Business Administrator for Evolve, I work in a collaborative and professional team lead by Amanda, our Referrals and Administration Manager.
Having worked in person-centred roles for many years, I understand the need to provide an empathetic and respectful service to our clients, prioritising good communication and tailoring information to meet our clients’ needs. 
Using systems and protocols, my overall aim is to facilitate a positive experience for both clients and clinicians, throughout their journey with Evolve.
