My background is in health and social care across CYP and adults having experience both directly with service users and in senior roles. I oversee all operational aspects of company strategy and am responsible for the flow of operations. I am committed to ensuring Evolve continues to offer the high quality services it is known for and work within the leadership team on setting and implementing strategic goals.
